Cookie policy

Updated 29 Oct 2026

Effective 29 October 2026

This page explains how Sure Plugger uses cookies and similar technologies such as your browser's local storage. It sits alongside our privacy policy.

What these are

Cookies are small files a website puts on your device. Local storage is similar: a small amount of data a site saves in your browser. Both are used to remember things between visits.

What we use

Type What it does Lasts
Essential Keeps staff and field agents signed in to their consoles, and helps protect forms and sign-in from abuse. Until you sign out, or for the length of the session
Preference Remembers your light or dark theme choice so the site looks the way you left it. Saved in your browser and not sent to us. Until you clear your browser data
Payment When you pay through a payment link, our payment provider may set its own cookies on its page to complete the payment and prevent fraud. Set by the provider

Our sign-in and payment providers set their own cookies under their own policies.

What we don't use

We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we don't sell data collected through cookies. Our hosting provider keeps basic server logs (such as the pages requested and the type of browser) to run the site and keep it secure.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you do, the public pages will still work, but staff and agents won't be able to sign in. Your theme choice will reset on each visit.

Because we only use essential and preference storage, we don't show a cookie banner.

Changes

If we add any other kind of cookie, we will update this page and ask for your permission first where the law requires it.
