Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Sure Plugger Technologies ("Sure Plugger", "we", "us"), the company named in the footer of this site. They apply when you use our website, our WhatsApp line, our field agents or any introduction or service we provide. If you don't agree, please don't use Sure Plugger.

1. What Sure Plugger is

We visit wholesalers in Nigeria's markets, check their shop, stock and phone number, and list them with the date of our check. We introduce resellers to those wholesalers and help buyers find resellers.

We are an introduction and verification service. We are not a wholesaler, a reseller, a marketplace, an escrow or a delivery company. Any sale of goods is between you and the wholesaler or reseller you deal with. We are not a party to it.

2. Verification

  • A Sure Verified badge means that, on the date shown, our agent saw the shop or warehouse, saw stock, and called the listed number. It does not mean we have inspected every product, guaranteed any price, or vouched for how a person will behave in a future trade.
  • Badges last for the period shown on the listing (usually 12 months) and expire if we don't re-check. Expired listings are hidden.
  • We may remove a badge or listing at any time if we find the information is wrong, or if we receive credible complaints.

3. For resellers

  • How an introduction works. You message us on WhatsApp with the wholesaler's ID (for example SP-0142). We confirm the amount for the introduction, which can differ by category, and send you a secure payment link. After payment, we email you the wholesaler's contact details and you deal with the wholesaler directly.
  • What you pay us for. You pay for the introduction and the verified contact details. You do not pay us for goods. Prices, minimum orders, delivery and payment for goods are agreed directly with the wholesaler.
  • Prices. We state the amount before you pay, in Naira. Payment fees are included in that amount. The amount is only valid for that payment link.
  • Your email must be correct. We send the details to the email you give us at payment. If it is wrong, tell us straight away.
  • Replacement guarantee. If the connection doesn't work, we reconnect you, as described in our replacement guarantee. Our refund policy explains the limited cases where we refund.
  • Protect yourself. Confirm prices, quantities and delivery before paying any wholesaler, ask for proof of stock, and use payment methods that leave a record. Verification reduces risk. It doesn't remove it.

4. For wholesalers

  • Listing is free and we take no commission on your sales.
  • You confirm that the information you give us is true and that you have the right to be listed.
  • By listing, you agree that we may show your business details on our site, and that we may give your contact details to resellers we introduce, only after they have paid for the introduction.
  • You can pause your listing or ask us to remove you at any time. We process removals within 48 hours.
  • You agree to deal fairly with the resellers we introduce, to answer their calls and messages in good faith, and to tell us if your number or stock changes.
  • Our agents may visit your shop at a time you agree. They carry identification. Never pay an agent to be listed. If someone asks, tell us.

5. For buyers

  • Joining the buyer list is free. We share offers from resellers on the list, and we link you with resellers who stock what you posted.
  • Resellers on our platform are independent sellers. We don't sell you goods and we don't guarantee any sale. Confirm before you pay and use a payment method with a record.

6. Acceptable use

You must follow our acceptable use policy. We may suspend or end your access if you don't.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Paystack. Their terms apply to the payment itself. We don't see or keep your card details. Sure Plugger is not a bank and doesn't hold money for others. Money you pay to a wholesaler or reseller does not pass through us.

8. Our content and your content

The Sure Plugger name, logo, badge, website design and guides belong to us. You may share links to our pages. Please don't copy, resell or scrape our content or data.

When you send us content (a shop photo, a request, a message), you give us permission to use it to provide and improve the service. You keep ownership of it, and you confirm it doesn't break anyone else's rights.

9. What we are and aren't responsible for

We take reasonable care to verify wholesalers and run the service. But:

  • We don't control what wholesalers, resellers or buyers do, and we aren't responsible for their goods, prices, delivery or conduct.
  • The service is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available or error-free.
  • To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the introduction the claim relates to. We aren't liable for lost profits, lost sales or indirect losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, nor your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Sure Plugger at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the law, or if we have to close a service. Sections that by their nature should continue (payments already made, our liability limits, and disputes) continue after that.

11. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Please contact us first. Most problems can be sorted out through WhatsApp or email. If we can't resolve it within 30 days, either side may take it to the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Sure Plugger after a change, you accept the updated terms. We will tell you about significant changes on the site or on WhatsApp.
